This is the second time I have engaged Raffles Paint as I liked their paint quality - lasting and no odour.
But this time I’m very much upset and appalled over the lack of customer support. The sales person Shane was very prompt for a site visit and payment collection. And the site visit was the only time she’s physically onsite or even bothered asking about how things were going.
For my place of about 1200sqft with walls, door frames, ceilings and grilles to paint, two workers was despatched for the first two day and the last day only one worker came. It was only when I asked why the sole worker had to work longer hours and I’m willing to extend the paint job to a fourth day, the sales person Shane replied saying there was a miscommunication and then deployed one more worker.
The workers were meticulous and I really liked their work ethics. But they were poorly instructed on what’s to be done by the management / supervisor on what’s the scope. I had thought Shane would be the best person as she was the one that came for the site visit.
I know the decision to deploy the manpower resides in the company, but I hope this is not at the expense of the foreign workers welfare.
Please treat your workers better.
